Return and Refund Policy - EyeSense Care

1. Right of withdrawal and returns

We are committed to providing our customers with quality service and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return one or more products.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a request by email to info@eyesensecare.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and your request for refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if possible).

Exceptions: Some products, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned once opened, such as personal care products or electronic devices. This restriction will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

2. Return procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at info@eyesensecare.com to obtain the return address and return form if necessary.
  2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage during transport.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit of returns.

3. Reimbursement

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your return request has been accepted or rejected. If your request is accepted, we will issue a refund using the payment method used for the purchase:

  • The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and validation of the returned product.
  • The initial delivery charge is refunded only if the entire order is returned.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or if the error comes from us.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for example for a different size, colour or model), you can return the original item according to the procedure described above, and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Delivery and deadlines

We ship all our orders within 24 hours . Once shipped, your order will reach you within 5-7 business days .

International deliveries:
For deliveries abroad (outside France), delivery times may vary between 7 to 16 working days , depending on the destination. Specific delivery details (including tracking) will be provided to you in your order confirmation email.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@eyesensecare.com . We will arrange a return and replacement or a full refund of the affected products, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
